Chef Raquel is deeply committed to making healthy, delicious food accessible to everyone — even on the most modest budgets. Drawing from her experience working with food pantries, she brings a resourceful and mindful approach to cooking that emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Pinch of Salt partners with food pantries, community meal programs, senior centers, schools, and health organizations to provide recipe development, menu planning, Servsafe training, cooking demonstrations, interactive workshops, and staff training. Each service is designed to show how simple and affordable it can be to prepare meals that are vibrant, vegetable-forward, and full of flavor.
